Boosting Confidence and Accountability

Roadrunners Club offers young person(s) an opportunity to experience the fitness benefits, joys of competition, and team unity of Cross Country, Track & Field through an education-based program.

Young person of the program will have the opportunity to receive sport-specific instruction from accomplished coaches and athletes in our community. The level of each athlete will be taken into consideration as we develop an individualized training and performance plan for the season.

Ultimately, our goal is for each SoCal Roadrunner club member to improve their overall fitness, achieve performance targets, and boost self-esteem through team running.

With over 50 years of coaching experience kids have the opportunity to be mentored into driven and motivated young adults on and off the field.

Train and connect with other youths that build friendship, team commitment and sportmanship.

Building on strengths. Engaging in variety of training techniques and tactics that will inspire kids to be their best versions of themselves.

Seasons

Cross Country Running

The Socal RoadRunners cross country events take place in the fall. The running events are on outdoor courses over natural terrain. The season usually concludes with regional events and junior Olympics for team ages or individuals that qualify.

Track & Field Running

The Socal RoadRunner Track and field season runs in the spring. Events include running on a track (short- and long-distance running races, from 100 to 10,000 meters), The season usually concludes with regional events and junior Olympics for team age groups or individuals that qualify.
